  RPM is the company that carries out the development support service mainly on pharmaceutical products.

Guidelines for Action of RPM

■We observe the corporate ethics, laws, official regulations, and rules etc.

■We provide the reliable service that can contribute to the society with high judgment and awareness as the company that takes part in the development of pharmaceutical products.

■We observe the legal standard related to GLP, GCP, GMP, and other services.

■We observe the contract and the promise allied with outsiders.

■We acquire an international sense in order to operate the service with respect to the other culture and custom.

■We respect the relations with the stockholder, the employee, the business partner and the community.

■We always regard availability and effectiveness of duties and do not neglect inventive ideas.

■We always make an effort to be fair to the employees and business partners.

■We do not use any of the company's properties for personal use.

■We do not have any relations with the antisocial power and also we confront this.

■We manage the corporate information appropriately and make disclosure of information adequately and timely.

 

Each employee will make his/her best efforts to observe the above and act every day.

 The training for officials
・ Recognition of laws and ordinances to surround the company.

・ Enhance the expression of intention, practice, and the laws and

  ordinances and observance system related to the compliance.

・ Monitoring the observance of laws and ordinances and the

  correction of the illegal state by the employees.

・ Report to the compliance officer when illegal acts are detected.

・ Clear statement of the ethical posture.

・ Exhibit the leadership when the disgraceful affair occurred.

 

The training of the director and the executive staff (manager)
・ Recognition of laws and ordinances related to post and service.

・ Construction of the legal compliance system in the post and the

  section and monitoring the legal compliance and the correction of

  an illegal state by the post, the section and the attached staff.

・ Report to the director when illegal acts are detected.

・ Answer to the question about the compliance of the subordinate

  (confirmation of the doubt).

・ Make and support the judgment to compliance in the course of service.

・ Report to the boss about the act and the situation in violation of laws
